For businesses processing documents — legal, financial, compliance, customer service — the 1M context window alone is worth evaluating. Most competing models cap out at 128,000 to 200,000 tokens. The difference in what you can process in a single call is substantial.

UK businesses using AI tools should also check their data processing agreements. Claude processes data on US servers — if your business handles sensitive personal data under UK GDPR rules, that’s a compliance question worth asking your legal team before committing.

The Five Eyes Warning in the Background
